The hotel was surprisingly comfortable with unexpected balcony access. The rooms could use a refresh, but they were still very cozy and well-equipped. The service was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for exploring Montreal on foot. The dining experience was lovely with the option to cook in the room's kitchen. Overall, a charming place with great potential for a more modern touch.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were nicely decorated and had a well-equipped kitchenette with all the necessities for a week's stay. The service from the staff was outstanding, making our time there truly enjoyable. The location was superb, offering a fantastic area to walk around and explore. However, the dining experience could use some improvement, though having a kitchen in the room was a big plus.

The hotel was not as spacious as expected for our 4-person family, but the kitchenette was a great addition. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh, with diligent staff always cleaning. However, the installed a/c affected the windows' closure. The service was helpful and friendly but struggled to identify building issues. The location was central, near many attractions, and pleasant for walks, though some considered the neighborhood dangerous. The dining experience was enhanced by having a kitchen in the room.
